A versatile scoring machine, Lewis won the Class 2A long jump title with a leap of 18-10.75. She was fourth at state in the triple jump (37-3.5) and was second in the 100-meter hurdles (14.55).

The Class 4 state champion in the discus, Johnson won with a toss of 158-2, the second-best throw in the state this year, nearly four feet better than her closest competitor and the 12th-best throw in the nation this spring.

Finished sixth in the Class 5 1,600 and 3,200. Put up the fourth-fastest 1,600 (4:55) and seventh-fastest 3,200 (10:52) in Missouri. Helped the 1,600 relay to a state runner-up finish.
