Sophomores Kearsten Peoples and Jill Rushin highlighted the performances for the Tigers today at the USATF Championships, competing in a stellar field in the women's shot put. Peoples ended out the competition with a sixth-place finish, posting a best mark of 17.16m (56-3.75) on her first attempt. Rushin closed out her season 14th overall.
