ST. LOUIS – For the second consecutive season, a Race Walker from Missouri Baptist has received the Al Heppner Memorial Scholarship, given to the top all-around amateur junior Race Walker in the country. This season, after putting together another phenomenal year, Alex Chavez is the recipient.
