Hannibal, Mo. – Carl Parman of Pattonsburg, Mo and Jacob Rich of Emden, Mo. have signed letters of intent to participate with the men's track and field team next year.  Both Coach Andy Lemons and Coach Carissa Eichmeyer are excited about the additions.
